Our Story

A Bake Shop & Beer Garden, Reimagined

Easy Tiger began as a beloved bake shop and beer garden carved into the heart of Austin’s Waller Creek district. Today, our largest outpost at The Linc brings that same spirit north — with a 5,000 sq ft artisanal bakery, a sprawling 10,000+ sq ft covered patio, and a lively indoor bar that looks directly into the bakery.

We’re rooted in Old World traditions: hearth breads, European pastries, signature soft pretzels, and charcuterie — all made fresh daily. Pair that with 36 rotating craft beers and a warm, welcoming space, and you’ve got a place to slow down and stay awhile.
